Connecticut Community Care Referral Bonus Program

Connecticut Community Care is committed to attracting top talent to enhance our innovative community services. As part of our talent acquisition strategy, we offer a Referral Bonus Program to incentivize employees who refer qualified candidates for open positions. This program aims to encourage our team to bring in high-caliber professionals, particularly in tech and product roles, although referrals for other positions are also welcome.

Program Details

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current employees of Connecticut Community Care, except those in HR or management positions directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referrals: Candidates must be external to the organization and cannot have applied independently within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the role's level and specialization. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for various positions:

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Analyst: $1,500
• UX/UI Designer: $1,800
• DevOps Engineer: $2,200

Other Roles

• Registered Nurse: $1,200
• Social Worker: $1,000
• Administrative Assistant: $800

Payment Conditions

• The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus after the referred employee completes 3 months of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
• The referring employee must still be employed at Connecticut Community Care at the time of both payments.

Submission Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the company intranet.
• The form should include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of why they are a great fit for the role.
