Program Overview

Eligible employees can earn a referral bonus when they refer a candidate who is subsequently hired and successfully completes the probationary period. The referral bonuses are tiered based on the role being filled, with a focus on high-demand tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineer: $2,000
   • Product Manager: $2,500
   • Data Scientist: $2,000
   • UX/UI Designer: $1,800
   • DevOps Engineer: $2,200

Eligibility and Payment
