Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time ConMed employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Eligible Positions: The referral program primarily targets tech and product roles but is applicable to other departments as well.
• Referral Process: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Details about the candidate, including a resume and LinkedIn profile, should be provided.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:
  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: $1,500 upon the new hire's start date and $1,500 after the hire completes six months of employment.
• Product Manager:
  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: $1,750 upon the new hire's start date and $1,750 after the hire completes six months of employment.
• Data Scientist:
  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: $2,000 upon the new hire's start date and $2,000 after the hire completes six months of employment.
• UX/UI Designer:
  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: $1,500 upon the new hire's start date and $1,500 after the hire completes six months of employment.
