Concentra Group values employee referrals and offers a generous referral bonus program to encourage team members to help us find talented individuals for our open positions. This program is designed to attract highly skilled professionals, especially in tech and product roles, but is applicable to other positions as well. Below are the details of the referral bonus structure:

Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $3,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Other Roles Referral Bonus

• Marketing, Sales, HR, and Support Roles:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,200 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • $800 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Additional Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Concentra Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR and recruitment roles.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral portal before the candidate applies or is approached by the recruitment team.
• Tracking: Once a referral is submitted, both the employee and the referred candidate will receive tracking numbers for reference.
• Conditions: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and successfully complete the specified employment duration to qualify for the bonus payout.
