Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be a new hire and not previously engaged with ComputerCraft.
• The referring employee must be active and employed at ComputerCraft at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid out.
• The referral bonus is typically paid out after the new employee completes 90 days of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal portal by providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Screening & Interviewing: Our recruitment team will screen the candidate and, if qualified, proceed with the interview process.
3. Hiring Decision: Once a candidate is hired and has completed the necessary onboarding and 90 days of employment, the referral bonus will be processed.
