Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: These high-demand positions are crucial for the company's growth and innovation. Compass Therapeutics offers a referral bonus of up to $5,000 for successful hires in these roles.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers: For these roles, which are integral to ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient operations, the referral bonus is set at $4,000.

Other Roles

• Clinical Researchers, Biotechnologists: Given the specialized nature of these roles, the referral bonus is $3,000.
• Administrative, HR, and Finance Positions: For these essential support roles, the referral bonus is $2,000.

Eligibility and Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All current employees of Compass Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not have applied to Compass Therapeutics in the past 12 months.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes three months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal, including the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Interview and Hiring: The recruitment team will evaluate the referred candidate. If hired, the referrer will be notified and the candidate will undergo the standard onboarding process.
3. Bonus Disbursement: Payments will be processed according to the payment terms mentioned above.
