1. Software Engineer / Developer

   • Junior Level: $1,500
   • Mid Level: $2,500
   • Senior Level: $4,000

2. Product Manager

   • Junior Level: $1,500
   • Mid Level: $3,000
   • Senior Level: $5,000

3. Data Analyst / Scientist

   • Junior Level: $1,200
   • Mid Level: $2,500
   • Senior Level: $4,500

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Junior Level: $1,000
   • Mid Level: $2,000

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive

   • Entry Level: $1,000

Payment Process

The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

• First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred
