Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product-related positions, the referral bonuses are particularly attractive given the high demand for skilled professionals in these fields. Below is the breakdown:

• Software Engineers (all levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,500
• DevOps/Infrastructure Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are a priority, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company:

Eligibility and Payout Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Collective Health, excluding hiring managers for the referred position and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate.

• Payout Process: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.
