Tech/Product Roles

For roles in technology and product development, we offer a competitive referral bonus to ensure we attract the best talent in the industry. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Junior Positions: Referral bonus of $1,500
• Mid-Level Positions: Referral bonus of $2,500
• Senior Positions: Referral bonus of $4,000
• Leadership Roles (e.g., Product Manager, Tech Lead): Referral bonus of $5,000

Other Roles

While the primary focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within Cohu. The bonuses for these roles are structured as follows:

• Entry-Level Positions: Referral bonus of $1,000
• Experienced Professional Positions: Referral bonus of $2,000
• Managerial Roles: Referral bonus of $3,000

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current Cohu employees are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred role.

2. Referral Process: To qualify for the bonus, employees must submit the candidate's information through our internal referral portal prior to the candidate’s application. The referral must be made before the candidate is interviewed.

3. Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:

   • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of the probation period (typically 90 days).
   • The remaining 50% after the candidate has completed
