Referral Bonus Details
Tech and Product Roles
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and other tech-related roles.
- Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Other Roles
- Bonus Amount: $2,000
- Eligible Positions: Includes roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Payment Schedule: Similar to tech and product roles, the bonus is paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer Requirements: Only current employees of Cohere Health are eligible to receive a referral bonus.
- Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Cohere Health and must not have applied or been referred to any position within the past 12 months.
- Referral Process: The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
Additional Information
- Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission timestamp.
- Employment Status: Both the referrer and the referred candidate must be active employees at the time of bonus payout to be eligible for the bonus.
