Eligibility

• All full-time Cognex employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be external candidates not previously employed by Cognex or currently in the recruitment process.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UI/UX Designer: $2,500
• QA Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes 6 months.
