1. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
     • The remaining 50% is paid after 12 months of employment.

2. UX/UI Designers, Systems Engineers:

   • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,500
   • Payment Structure:
