Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Referrers: Current full-time employees (excluding HR and hiring managers for the referred position).
• Eligible Candidates: Must be external candidates who apply through the referral program. Candidates already in the recruitment process or previously referred within the last 12 months are not eligible.
• Referral Process: Complete the referral submission form including candidate's resume and contact information.

Additional Details

• Referral Limits: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Taxes: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
• Program Duration: This program is ongoing, but CNA Insurance reserves the right to modify or terminate it at any time.
