Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $2,500
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000

Other Roles

• Clinical Research Associate: $1,500
• Regulatory Affairs Specialist: $1,500
• Sales Representative: $1,000

Referral Bonus Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time Clearside Biomedical employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Employees involved in the hiring decision for a referred candidate are not eligible for a referral bonus for that candidate.

2. Payment Details: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
   • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

3. Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees must submit the candidate's resume and a referral form through the internal HR portal before the candidate applies for the position.

4. Candidate Eligibility: Referrals must be for external candidates. Former Clearside Biomedical employees and candidates who have applied within the last 12 months are not eligible for referral bonuses.

5. Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
