Referral Bonus Process
- Submission:
- Employees should submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief endorsement.
- Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the bonus, the referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
- Payment:
- Once the probationary period is completed, the referral bonus will be processed and paid out in the following paycheck cycle.
