Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer / Developer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
     • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,250 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
     • $2,250 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

3. Data Scientist / Analyst

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
     • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

1. Sales Executive

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,750 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
     • $1,750 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

2. HR Specialist

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,500 after the referred employee completes 3 months.
     • $1,500 after the
