Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current Clariant employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and any relevant information through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure the candidate acknowledges your referral during the application process.

3. Payment Process:

   • Referral bonuses are typically paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

4. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
   • The candidate must not have been previously employed by or applied to Clariant within the last 12 months.

5. Multiple Referrals:
