Program Details

Eligibility

  • Referrers: All current Civeo employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position.
  • Referees: Candidates who are not currently in Civeo's recruitment process and have not been employed by Civeo in the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

  1. Tech/Product Roles

    • Software Engineer: $3,000
    • Product Manager: $3,500
    • Data Analyst: $2,500
    • UX/UI Designer: $2,800
  2. Other Roles

    • Sales Executive: $2,000
    • Marketing Specialist: $1,800
    • Operations Manager: $2,200

Payment Terms

  • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.

  1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal. The submission must include the candidate’s resume and a brief justification of their fit for the role.
