Program Details
Eligibility
- Referrers: All current Civeo employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position.
- Referees: Candidates who are not currently in Civeo's recruitment process and have not been employed by Civeo in the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Analyst: $2,500
- UX/UI Designer: $2,800

Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
Process
