Tech / Product Roles Referral Bonus

We place a high priority on filling tech and product roles with the best talent available. As such, we offer a generous referral bonus for successful hires in these areas:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $3,500

Bonus Payout Schedule

The referral bonus for tech and product roles is structured to be paid out in two installments:

1. First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee successfully completes their first 90 days.
2. Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid once the referred employee completes six months with the company.
