Circle Referral Bonus Program

The Circle Referral Bonus Program is designed to attract top talent for our tech and product roles by leveraging the networks of our current employees. Below is a detailed overview of the program, including estimated bonuses and guidelines.

Overview

Circle values the contributions of our employees and believes that great people know great people. Our referral program is an opportunity for employees to participate in the growth of our company and be rewarded for recommending qualified candidates.

Eligible Roles

While the referral bonus applies to all open positions, we are particularly focused on filling tech and product roles. These include, but are not limited to:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers
• DevOps Engineers

Referral Bonus Structure

The bonus amount varies based on the role's level and criticality. Below are the estimated bonuses for tech and product roles:

• Junior Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior Level Positions: $5,000
• Critical/High-Demand Roles: Up to $7,000

For non-tech roles, the referral bonuses range from $500 to $2,500, depending on the level and demand of the position.

Bonus Eligibility

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • All employees of Circle, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the role, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • The referred candidate must be a new applicant who has not applied to Circle in the past 12 months.
   • The candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment with Circle.
