Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- All full-time employees of Chord Energy are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referrals must be for open positions listed on our careers page.
- The referred candidate must not have applied to Chord Energy in the past 12 months.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
These roles include positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, and more. Given the high demand and specific skill sets required, the referral bonuses for these roles are higher:
- Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred employee completes 3 months with the company.
- The remaining 50% is paid after 6 months of employment.
Other Roles
For non-tech/product roles, such as Marketing, Sales, HR, and Administrative positions, the referral bonuses are as follows:

Guidelines
