Referral Bonus Structure

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
  • Product Managers: $4,500
  • Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,000
  • UX/UI Designers: $4,000

• Other Technical Roles:

  • IT Support Specialists: $2,500
  • Network Engineers: $3,000

• Non-Tech Roles:

Eligibility and Guidelines
