Referral Bonus Overview
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of Childnet Inc., excluding those involved in the recruitment process for the referred candidate.
- Referral Period: The referred candidate must be hired within 12 months of the referral date.
- Payment Schedule: Bonuses are paid out after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

Program Guidelines
- Submitting Referrals: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal or by emailing the candidate's resume to the HR department.
- Candidate Eligibility: Referrals must be new to Childnet Inc. and not previously applied within the last 12 months.
- Notification: Employees will be notified when their referral is hired and again when they qualify for the bonus payout.
