  • These roles are crucial to our technological and product development efforts, and referrals are highly encouraged. The bonus is awarded after the new hire completes their first 90 days with Chervon.

• UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • We seek creative and detail-oriented professionals to enhance our user experience and product quality. The bonus is applicable after the successful completion of the new hire’s 90-day period.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, and HR Positions:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • These roles support our core operations and growth. Bonuses are paid out after the referred employee remains with the company for 90 days.

• Administrative and Support Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Essential for our day-to-day functions, these roles offer a referral bonus upon the completion of 90 days of employment by the referred hire.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current employees of Chervon Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those in HR or managerial roles involved in the hiring decision for the referred role.

2. Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through the company’s internal referral portal. Ensure that all necessary details about the candidate are included to qualify for the bonus.

3. Referral Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be processed in the payroll following the completion
