Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of ChampionX are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.

2. Referral Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the official ChampionX referral portal.
   • The referred candidate must indicate the referring employee's name during the application process.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The bonus is paid out after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
