The Referral Bonus Program aims to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates, particularly for tech and product roles, but also extends to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, etc.
  • Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility:
    • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
    • The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate's first 30 days.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate's 90-day probationary period.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Support, Sales, etc.
  • Referral Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Eligibility:
    • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
    • The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate's first 30 days.
    • The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate's 90-day probationary period.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility to Participate:

   • All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • HR personnel, managers directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, and senior executives are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and any supporting details through the company's referral portal.
   • Ensure that you have the candidate's consent before making the referral.
