Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For positions within the tech and product departments, which are crucial for our product development and innovation, we offer the following referral bonuses:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $5,000
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Quality Assurance Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

While we emphasize tech and product roles, we also provide referral bonuses for other key positions within the company:

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Centric Software are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract employees and external recruiters are not eligible.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments. The first half (50%) will be paid after the referred candidate completes three months with the company. The remaining half (50%) will be paid after the candidate completes six months.

• Referral Process: Employees must submit their referrals through the official Centric Software employee portal. The referral must include the candidate's resume and a brief introduction.

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral submission is received first.
