For positions in our tech and product departments, we offer competitive referral bonuses to attract top-tier talent. Here’s a breakdown of the bonuses for these roles:

• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other positions within the company. These include:

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All current Centerspace employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.

2. Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees must fill out the referral form available on the company intranet, providing the candidate’s resume and relevant details.

3. Candidate Evaluation: Referred candidates will go through the standard recruitment process. The referring employee will be notified of the candidate's progress.

4. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% when the referred candidate completes the first three months of employment.
   • 50% after the candidate completes six months with
