1. Software Engineer

   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the candidate's employment; remaining 50% after 6 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $4,500
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the candidate's employment; remaining 50% after 6 months.

3. Data Scientist

   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
