  • Estimate: If 10 successful referrals are made per year for these roles, the annual payout could be $50,000.

• UX/UI Designers, Quality Assurance Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Estimate: With 5 successful referrals annually, the payout could reach $20,000.
