Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current CellCarta employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

3. Qualification: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment at CellCarta.
4. Bonus Payment: Once the referred candidate meets the qualification criteria, the referral bonus will be added to the referring employee's next paycheck.
5. Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful referral that meets the criteria will earn the respective bonus amount.
