CAVA Group is committed to attracting top talent to join our dynamic team. We are excited to announce our Referral Bonus Program, designed to reward our employees for referring exceptional candidates to our company. Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, with additional information on other roles.

Program Highlights

• Eligibility: All active CAVA Group employees, excluding those in HR and recruitment, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $5,000
    • UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers: $4,500
  • Other Roles:
    • Marketing, Operations, Finance: $3,000
    • Entry-level positions: $1,500
• Payout Structure: Bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the new hire completes their 90-day probationary period, and the second half is paid after six months of employment.
• Qualified Referrals: A referral is considered qualified if the candidate is hired and successfully completes the probationary period. Candidates must not have applied to CAVA independently or been in contact with our recruiters within the last 12 months.

How to Submit a Referral

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through our internal portal by providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation email once the referral has been submitted and is under review.
3. Tracking: Employees can track the status of their referrals through the internal portal.

Additional Information

• No Cap: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or bonuses they can earn.
• Exclusions: The program excludes temporary, contract, and intern positions.
