This program is designed to incentivize our employees to refer qualified candidates who align with our company culture and job requirements.

Program Details

Eligible Positions

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists, Product Managers
• Product Roles: Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Analysts
• Other Roles: Marketing, Sales, Operations

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is tiered based on the level of the position being filled. The bonus is paid out once the referred candidate has successfully completed the probationary period, which is typically 90 days.

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Executive Positions: $7,500

Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resume and a brief note on why they are a good fit through the internal referral portal.
2. Candidate Review: The HR team will review the referral and proceed with the standard hiring process if the candidate meets the initial criteria.
3. Hiring and Onboarding: If the candidate is hired and successfully completes their probationary period, the referring employee will receive the corresponding bonus.

Additional Considerations

• Bonuses are subject to taxes and will be paid out in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, each referral must be submitted individually.
• The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.
