Below, we detail the structure and benefits of our referral program, with a focus on tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Bonus Payment Details

• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first 50% is paid once the candidate starts, and the remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.
• Tax Considerations: Referral bonuses are subject to tax withholding and will be included in the referring employee’s paycheck.

How to Submit a Referral

1. Identify a Candidate: Consider your network, industry meet-ups, or professional connections who may be a good fit for Caspex.
2. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form available on the Caspex intranet, providing detailed information about the candidate and the position you believe they are suited for.
3. Follow Up: Our recruitment team will review the referral and reach out to you if additional information is needed.
