- Referral Bonus: $5,000
- Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

- Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
Other Roles
- Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations:
- Referral Bonus: $2,000
- Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
Bonus Payment Details
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first 50% is paid once the candidate starts, and the remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.
- Tax Considerations: Referral bonuses are subject to tax withholding and will be included in the referring employee’s paycheck.
