Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
2. Payment Terms: Bonuses will be paid out once the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
3. Referral Process: Submit your referral via our internal portal with the candidate's resume and contact information.
4. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.
