Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels)

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires in positions such as Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, and Mobile Engineering.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of the new hire’s start date and the remaining 50% after 6 months, contingent upon the new hire’s continued employment.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires in roles involving product development, management, and strategy.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of the new hire’s start date.

• Data Scientists and Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires in data-centric roles, including data engineering and business intelligence.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of the new hire’s start date.

Other Roles

• Designers (UX/UI)

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires for User Experience and User Interface design roles.
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months and 50% after 6 months of the new hire’s start date.

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires in sales
