Below is a detailed overview of our referral bonus program, focusing on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions within the organization.
Program Overview
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer: All current CareMax employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who Can Be Referred: Candidates eligible for referral are those not currently employed by CareMax and who have not applied within the past 12 months.
Referral Process
- Submission: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal or by emailing the recruitment team with the candidate's resume and LinkedIn profile.
- Acknowledgment: The recruitment team will acknowledge the receipt of each referral within 48 hours.
- Follow-Up: Referred candidates will be reviewed, and employees will be updated on the status of their referrals at each stage of the recruitment process.

Tech and Product Roles
- Senior Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $4,000
- UX/UI Designer: $3,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,500
Other Roles
- Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Payment Details
- Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months with CareMax.
