Referral Bonus Structure

For Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (All Levels)

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Estimated Payout Timeline:
     • $2,000 upon the referred employee's completion of 3 months.
     • $2,000 upon the referred employee's completion of 12 months.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Estimated Payout Timeline:
     • $1,750 upon the referred employee's completion of 3 months.
     • $1,750 upon the referred employee's completion of 12 months.

3. Data Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Estimated Payout Timeline:
     • $2,250 upon the referred employee's completion of 3 months.
