Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Sales Executive: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not have applied to Canyon in the past 12 months.
• The candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
• The referral must be submitted through the official Canyon Employee Referral Portal prior to the candidate's application.

Payment Process

• Upon the successful completion of the candidate's 90-day probationary period, the referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

2. Submit a Referral: Use the Canyon Employee Referral Portal to submit the candidate's information along with your details.
3. Track the Progress: Stay informed about the candidate's status through updates from the HR team.
