Referral Bonus Amounts

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Junior Positions: $1,000
  • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
  • Senior Positions: $3,000
• Non-Tech Roles:
  • Entry-Level to Mid-Level: $500 to $1,500 depending on the role
  • Senior-Level: $2,000

Payment Structure

• Initial Payout: 50% of the bonus is paid out once the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
• Final Payout: The remaining 50% is paid when the referred employee reaches their one-year anniversary with the company.
