The referral bonus program at Calithera Biosciences offers financial incentives to employees who successfully refer candidates who are hired for open positions. The bonus amounts vary depending on the role, with a focus on encouraging referrals for high-demand positions such as those in technology and product development.

Bonus Structure

1. Technology and Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Referral Bonus: $5,000
     • Payout Schedule: 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of their first month, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

2. Other Technical Roles (e.g., QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers):

   • Referral Bonus: $3,000
   • Payout Schedule: 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of their first month, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

3. Non-Technical Roles (e.g., Administrative, HR):

   • Referral Bonus: $1,500
   • Payout Schedule: 100% after the candidate completes their first three months of employment.

Eligibility and Process
