The Cadre Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. This program not only helps us find top talent but also rewards employees for their contributions to the growth and success of Cadre. Below are the details of the referral bonus program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, though applicable to other departments as well.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All Cadre employees are eligible to participate, except for those in HR or directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Bonus Amount: The bonus amount varies based on the role and level of the position. Generally, the bonus is structured as follows:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Junior Level (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager): $3,000
    • Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $5,000
    • Senior Level (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead Product Manager): $8,000
    • Director Level and Above (e.g., Engineering Director, VP of Product): $10,000
  • Non-Tech Roles:
    • Entry to Mid-Level (e.g., Marketing Specialist, Sales Representative): $2,000
    • Senior Level and Above (e.g., Director of Marketing, Head of Sales): $5,000

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees submit referrals through the internal HR portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief description of their qualifications.
2. Acknowledgment: HR acknowledges receipt of the referral within 2 business days.
3. Evaluation: The candidate goes through the standard recruitment process.
4. Bonus Disbursement: If the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of employment, the referring employee receives the bonus in the next payroll cycle.
