- Payout Structure:
- $1,000 upon successful completion of the candidate's first 90 days.
- $2,000 after the candidate completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a full-time employee at Cactus Inc. and in good standing.
- Cannot be part of the hiring team for the referred role.

- Must not have been in contact with Cactus Inc. for the past 12 months.
- Should meet the qualifications for the position as listed in the job description.

- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form on our internal portal.
