• Eligibility: All Cable One employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Bonus Structure: The bonus amount varies based on the role being filled, with higher bonuses for hard-to-fill positions such as tech and product roles.
• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are typically paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days and the remaining 50% after six months of successful employment.
