Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers & Developers: Successful referral of a candidate for these roles will earn you a bonus of ₹50,000.
• Product Managers: For referring candidates who join as Product Managers, the bonus is ₹60,000.
• Data Scientists & Analysts: Earn a ₹55,000 bonus for successful placements in these positions.

Other Roles

• Designers (UI/UX): Referral bonus for these creative positions is ₹40,000.
• Quality Assurance: Earn a bonus of ₹35,000 for successful referrals in QA roles.
• Sales & Marketing: Referrals for these roles will receive a ₹30,000 bonus.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

   • Both current employees and external partners can participate in the program.
   • The referred candidate must not already be in our applicant tracking system or have applied to Byteridge independently in the last 6 months.

2. Payment Terms:

   • The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment with Byteridge.
   • The bonus is subject to standard tax deductions as per applicable laws.

3. Submission Process:

   • Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form on our website or internal HR portal.
   • Ensure all candidate details are accurate and complete to facilitate a smooth referral process.
