Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us connect with candidates who can drive our mission forward, particularly in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer: All full-time and part-time employees of Byline Bancorp, except for HR personnel, hiring managers, and executives involved in the hiring decision.
• Eligible Roles: Primarily focused on tech and product positions, although other roles may be eligible for referral bonuses as specified by the HR department.

Bonus Amounts

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Product Analyst): $1,000
  • Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $2,500
  • Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Developer, Lead Product Manager): $4,000
• Other Eligible Roles:
  • General Non-Tech Roles: $500 to $2,000, depending on the position's level and criticality as defined by HR.

Payment Schedule

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.

Process

Referral Submission

• Referrals should be submitted through the internal HR portal, where employees can provide details about the candidate and their qualifications.

Tracking and Updates

• The HR department will provide regular updates on the status of the referred candidate’s application process.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must acknowledge the employee who referred them during their application process.
• The referral bonus is subject to tax and will be included in the employee’s paycheck.
