Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- Current Employees: All permanent employees of BayVanguard are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referred Candidates: The referred candidate must be new to BayVanguard and not already in the recruitment process.
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: $4,500
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Customer Support Specialist: $2,000
- Marketing Manager: $3,500
- Financial Analyst: $3,000
Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Additional Guidelines
- Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates; however, the bonus is applicable per successful hire.
- Team Members: Direct managers or team members cannot refer candidates for positions within their own team to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
- Internal Transfers: Referrals for internal transfers are not eligible for the referral bonus.
How to Refer
- Submission: Employees must submit the candidate's resume and a referral form through the internal HR portal.
- Tracking: The HR team will acknowledge receipt of the referral and keep the referring employee
