Bunge Referral Bonus Program

At Bunge, we recognize the value of leveraging our employees' networks to find top talent. Our Referral Bonus Program rewards employees for referring qualified candidates who are successfully hired. This initiative is particularly focused on sourcing talent for our tech and product roles, among others.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: Successful referrals for software engineer positions will earn a bonus of $5,000.
• Product Manager: Referring a product manager who joins Bunge will yield a bonus of $4,500.
• Data Scientist: For data science roles, the referral bonus is set at $5,500.
• UX/UI Designer: A referral bonus of $4,000 is available for UX/UI designer roles.

Other Roles

• Operations Manager: Successfully referring an operations manager can earn a bonus of $3,000.
• Sales Executive: Referrals that lead to a hire in sales positions will be rewarded with $2,500.
• Marketing Specialist: A bonus of $2,000 is available for referrals in marketing roles.

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, certain HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved with the recruitment process for a specific role may be excluded.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments. The first half will be paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days. The second half will be paid upon the successful completion of their first year.
• Referral Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume through the Bunge internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
