   • Bonus: $2,000
   • Estimation: With an estimated hiring need of 10 software engineers annually, successful referrals could earn employees up to $20,000 per year.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Estimation: We aim to hire 5 product managers annually, providing a potential bonus of $12,500 for successful referrals during the year.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Estimation: With a goal to hire 4 data scientists annually, employees can earn up to $12,000 for successful referrals.
