Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager, UX Designer:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded if the referred candidate is hired and remains with the company for at least 6 months.
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% upon the candidate's start date.
     • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months.

2. DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Systems Analyst:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is granted under the same conditions as above.
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% upon the candidate's start date.
     • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months.

Other Roles

1. Sales Executive, Marketing Specialist, HR Manager:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must lead to a successful hire who stays for at least 6 months.
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% upon the candidate's start date.
     • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months.

2. Administrative Assistant, Customer Support Specialist:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded under the same conditions as above.
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% upon the candidate's start date.
     • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months.
